 The developer is apparently adhering to Minecraft Seeds that plan because they have now says the first cross-generational update is arriving soon.

Fortunately for Xbox One owners who will be aiming to upgrade their Xbox 360 copy of Minecraft, the problems have clearly now been solved as Spencer officially confirmed that save transfers are going to the upcoming Xbox One edition.  Earlier now, Mojang's Owen Hill revealed that the PS4 version of Minecraft will even likely allow gamers to import their PS3 game worlds.

Everything that you'd expect from a Minecraft game has arrived within the Wii U version. The traditional Survival mode, along with the more family-friendly Adventure and Creative modes.
